Teddy Bears

This felted bear is crocheted with 100% wool in a medium brown color. The crochet stitches are still lightly visible. The head is cotter pin jointed and the arms and legs are thread jointed. The face and toes are sculpted and the paws have hand embroidered claws. The seated measurement is 6" high & 9" standing. Must be propped to stand. Please click on photos for more views.

The facial features are hand embroidered & many also have hand embroidered claws. Most have plastic safety eyes. (However, they are not suitable for small children). This bear is lightly felted with 2 strands of yarn held together. One yarn is Oatmeal color in 85% Wool / 15% Mohair. The second is Pebble color in 76.5% Mohair / 17.5% Wool / 6% Nylon. The Mohair gives a gossamer fuzziness to the fur. The bear is fully cotter pin jointed with wobble jointing to the head which makes the bear feel a bit like a newborn when picked up. The face and toes are sculpted and the paws have hand embroidered claws. The seated measurement is 10 3/4" & 15 1/2 " standing (the bear can not stand without being propped). This medium brown teddy bear has stitches that are lightly visible. The body is made with 100% wool and the muzzle is 85% Wool / 15 % Mohair. The bear is 5 way thread jointed and has hand embroidered facial features. The seated measurement is just shy of 4" & 5 3/4" standing (must be propped to stand).
