I make all items myself, from new materials & in a smoke-free home.  I usually make only one of an item.  I can make more than one of an item but it will not be identical to the original as I vary my patterns & may not be able to find the same materials.  If you would like something custom made, please e-mail me so we can discuss it.

I ship to the United States only at this time. 
Shipping is via US Postal Service, First Class Mail or Parcel Post.
Shipping & handling cost is indicated in the item description or on the product page.   
All shipping & handling costs are per item.  If you would like to have multiple items shipped together, please e-mail me about shipping costs prior to placing your order.
All items are shipped within 24-48 hours after payment.  (Except on weekends & holidays when it may take slightly longer).
Your package should arrive within 3-5 business days from date of shipment.  (Except for Alaska & Hawaii which may take slightly longer).

Insurance is optional & offered on individual items valued from $25.01-$50 (click on the appropriate button if you wish to purchase insurance). For individual items valued over $50, insurance is required.

Payments should be made via Paypal.  You do not need to have a Paypal account, just a credit or debit card to use their service.
If you wish to pay via personal check or money order, please e-mail me.  Payment made with personal check will not be shipped until the payment has cleared my account.  (Usually 2-4 business days after receipt of payment).
I do not keep my customers payment information on file.
I do not share my customers information with anyone.  

Return Policy:  NO refunds, no exceptions. 
Items may be exchanged for an in store credit if it is new, unwashed & unworn, smoke-free & all of the original tags are still on the item. Teddy Bears must be returned with all of thier original paperwork including their COA.  
Exchange for in store credit will only be given within 14 days of purchase.
All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the buyer.  Please consider purchasing insurance for your return as I can not issue a credit for items not received.
